TLD Electromagnetic Flowmeter

Overview

TLD electromagnetic flowmeter is composed of electromagnetic flow sensor and electromagnetic flow converter. According to the installation structure, it can be divided into integrated type and split type. With advanced computer technology, strong function, compact structure and simple operation, it is widely used in water, metallurgy, chemical, textile, paper making, pharmaceutical and food industries.

 Main performance

●The flow measurement is not affected by the change of density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity of the fluid.

●There is no mechanical movable part or pressure loss.

●It has two-way measurement function and can measure positive and negative flow. 

●The requirement for straight pipe section is low, generally 5D for upstream and 3D for downstream, for ensuring measurement accuracy.

●It adopts low-frequency rectangular wave excitation and advanced MCU processor technology, with sensitive response, good linearity and stable zero point.

●With LCD backlight display, it displays parameters such as cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, and flow rate and flow percentage. It is easy to operate in Chinese and English menu and set parameters.

●It has the functions of historical data storage and query, as well as power-down time recording.

●It has the functions of fault self- diagnosis and automatic display of the alarm of empty pipe, magnetic tamper and upper and lower limit flow.

●It has current, frequency, calibration pulse output and RS-485, HART and GPRS communication interfaces.
