TUF-C11 / C12 Plug-in Ultrasonic Flowmeter

Product Overview

TUF-C11 / C12 type plug-in ultrasonic flowmeter is designed by means of propagation velocity difference (time difference method), which is used to measure the flow of tap water, industrial and agricultural water, other water supply and drainage, and other single-phase (or nearly single-phase) liquid in closed circular pipe. It can be used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, water supply and drainage.

The product is produced and tested in accordance with CJ / T 3063-1997 Ultrasonic flowmeter for Water Supply and Drainage (Propagation Velocity Difference Method), GB / T 35138-2017 Measurement of Fluid Flow in Closed Pipelines - Transit Time Liquid Ultrasonic flowmeter and JJG 1030-2007 Ultrasonic flowmeter.

Product Features

● There is no need to break the pipe and cut off the water supply for on-site installation, which can reduce the cost;

● It is especially suitable for pipeline with large diameter. Compared with electromagnetic flowmeter, the product has better cost performance;

● The transducer can identify channel signal strength, and assists the field transducer to be installed and adjusted to the best position;

● Compatible with AC 85V~264V(50/60 Hz), DC 9V ~ 36V power supply mode;

● Compatible with single-channel and dual- channel measurement methods;

● Metering function: it has two-way metering function, with the highest accuracy of class 0.5;

● Storage function: it has the functions of cumulative flow, historical data storage and query, and can store 10 groups of annual historical data, 120 groups of monthly historical data and 1000 groups of daily historical data;

● Display function: it can display positive and negative cumulative amount, instantaneous flow, flow rate and sound speed;

● Security function: with multi-level password management;
